Champions League quarter-final draw date, start time and venue

Who can Chelsea draw?
The eight teams are made up of three English teams, three Spanish teams, and a team from both Germany and Portugal. There is no nation protection now that the draw is open; any team can draw anyone.

The matches will take place on April 5/6 and 12/13, with the semi-finals then set for April 26/27 and May 3/4
