Chelsea are reportedly still confident in signing Arsen Zakharyan after having agreed personal terms with the player.

The Blues had missed out on the chance to sign him in the Summer transfer window due to the payment terms.

Chelsea owner Todd Boehly has made it clear to Shakhtar that they will trump any Arsenal bid for Mudryk.
