Mykhailo Mudryk, ranked second most fastest player in Premier League…Kieran Tierney is the only defender that made top 10

Mykhailo Mudryk was acquired by CHELSEA for a staggering £98 million, with the Ukrainian’s speed being one of his best qualities.

He is not, however, the Premier League’s quickest player; that honor belongs to a lesser-known player.

The foreign player quickly proved how quick he is after arriving at Stamford Bridge in January.

Although playing just 20 minutes against Liverpool, he established a record for the quickest pace in the Premier League this season.

According to Squawka, Mudryk, 22, came in at an astounding 36.3 km/h, surpassing Anthony Gordon’s previous record by 0.2.

Brennan Johnson, a standout for Nottingham Forest with a maximum speed of 36.7 km/h, has subsequently replaced the winger as the dominant player.

Johnson, who was promoted to the Premier League with Forest last season, has performed well, scoring seven goals in 27 outings.

At a speed of 35.99 km/h, Kieran Tierney is the only defender to rank in the top 10.

The Arsenal club now has the Premier League’s quickest left wing thanks to him just beating his teammate Gabriel Martinelli for eighth position.

Marcus Rashford, a striker for Manchester United, comes in at number four on the list and rounds off the top 10 after clocking a speed of 35.81 km/h.

The players on the remaining list joined the Premier League last summer.

Darwin Nunez of Liverpool is in fourth position, just ahead of Matheus Nunes of Wolves.

Erling Haaland, the best scorer in the Prem, comes in sixth with a speed of 36.22 km/h.

Another player from Chelsea is in the top ten; he is midfielder Dennis Zakaria, who is on loan from Chelsea and has had a number of injuries this season.
