MID 0-2 CHE: 3 Best And 3 Worst Players From The Game As Ziyech Fires Chelsea Into FA Cup Semifinals

Worst Players.
1. Joe Lumley.
Didn’t look comfortable when saving most of Chelsea’s shot on goal today. The first goal by Lukaku was partly his fault as he failed to come out and keep out the low cross from Mason Mount and the second goal was fully his fault, failing to adjust comfortably to save Hakim Ziyech’s 23-yard shot.
2. N. Taylor.
He had a poor game today against Hakim Ziyech and Mason Mount. The Chelsea duo ran rings around him and he couldn’t do anything to prevent either of them from causing problems for the Middlesbrough defence.
3. Paddy M.
His performance was similar to that of his teammate Taylor. Failed to keep track of Chelsea’s forwards and was caught out of position a lot in today’s game.
Best Players.
1. Mason Mount.
He was Chelsea’s best player in today’s game against Middlesbrough. Created loads of chances for his teammates and ended up with two assists on the night. He was Chelsea’s man of the match today.
2. Hakim Ziyech.
His interplay and combination down that right with Mason Mount caused problems for the Middlesbrough defence all game. He also scored a wonderful 25-yard goal after being set up by Mason Mount today.
3. Romelu Lukaku.
Nice movement and awareness by the Belgian international to create space for himself inside the Middlesbrough penalty area and finish off Mason Mount’s chance. The goal will give him confidence heading into the international break
