Levi Colwill posts ‘incredibly disrespectful’ tweet minutes after Chelsea defeat, fans react

Just minutes after the end of Chelsea’s hapless display at Old Trafford on Thursday night, Levi Colwill posted a tweet that got the fans talking.
A Brighton fan’s asked him how he was doing, and the Chelsea loanee posted a picture of himself partying with Billy Gilmour with the caption ‘Brilliant!!!!!’
No wonder that the timing of the tweet angered Chelsea fans who believed that Colwill would be back at Stamford Bridge next season already.
Chelsea Dodgers: “Levi is having a great day with Brighton-based reporters and content creators; have a look at the person’s profile he replied to. Coincidence? I don’t think so.”
CFCDaily: “Wonder how many times they are gonna brief Colwill isn’t going anywhere without actually knowing how he feels. This is wrong.”
Felix: “Incredibly disrespectful. I’m literally Levi’s biggest supporter too, everyone knows that, but this ain’t it at all.”
Will: “That Colwill tweet. Either an unfortunate coincidence or he’s an absolute little piss taker.”
Feroze Ali: “Hopefully next season we have players who genuinely want to play for the badge. It can be a coincidence but the worst thing you can do is start off in a bad way or do stupid interviews. Give it your all, fight for the club or else”
Futbol Chelsea: “I think that’s a poor tweet from Levi Colwill. Disrespectful and unprofessional to the club that has nurtured him from a young age and helped him become the player that he is. Do better, @levi_colwill”
