General Director OFFICIALLY confirms imminent Chelsea signing is leaving wants ‘competitive move’

Sevilla general director Jose Maria Cruz de Andres has confirmed Chelsea target Jules Kounde wants to leave the club to play in a “more competitive team”.
Kounde is a player that has been in the media alot over the past few weeks as he is seen as the perfect replacement for Antonio Rudiger at Chelsea after the German left the club for Real Madrid
He is quick – strong – good with the ball and very good in the air despite the fact he is not the biggest of central defenders – and it has been constantly claimed that he is desperate to sign for Chelsea as quick as he can
It has already been claimed that Personal terms have been agreed with the Frenchman and Chelsea are just trying to negotiate a fee that they believe will be beneficial to both teams – around the £55 million mark
Now – amid all the rumours De Andres has come out and officially revealed that Kounde wants to leave Sevilla in order to join a team that is more competitive than Sevilla – he told Sport Witness: “Again, the player, I am sure, respects Sevilla FC. He is happy with us. In the case of Kounde, it is not a matter of money.
“It’s a matter of him wanting to play in a more competitive team than Sevilla FC.
“I am sure he is a player that is attractive for teams like Chelsea, FC Barcelona, Bayern Munich and these types of teams
