These are the five replacement Chelsea can find in the market for the injured Albanian.


Cristiano Ronaldo has been released by Manchester United through mutual consent, and the Portugal International is currently a free agent that can sign for any club of his choice. The player was heavily linked with a move to Stamford Bridge last summer, but the deal failed to materialise.


Romelu Lukaku is still contracted to Chelsea Football Club as he is currently on loan at Inter Milan. The club’s record signing failed to impress in his first season of his second spell at the club, but Graham Potter can give the Belgian another chance to impress if he is recalled from his loan at Inter Milan.


Goncalo Ramos is not a name linked with Chelsea in the past, but he is surely good enough to play for Chelsea. The Benfica and Portugal striker will attract a lot of interest in the summer, if Chelsea don’t make a move to sign him in this winter.


Borrusia Dortmund’s youngster Yousafa Moukoko, is heavily linked with a move to Stamford Bridge and according to reports, Chelsea have started underground works in other to bring the teenager to the club this January.


Brentford’s striker, Ivan Toney is also a name linked with Chelsea. Ivan Toney has proven himself to be a good striker with Brentford in the premier league, sooner rather than later the England international will surely move to a bigger club in the English top-flight and Chelsea might be a perfect match for the striker.
