Chelsea ls Bigger Than Being Considered As A Second Option For Any Player

Leeds United Forward Raphinha is putting Chelsea on hold while awaiting the decision of Barcelona over a possible move for him to Camp Nou this summer. Chelsea and Leeds United have already reached an agreement.
The West London club will pay a sum of £60million including performance related add-on to Leeds United for the sale of Raphinha.
Chelsea have also offered Raphinha almost double of his current wages at Leeds United as the Blues have promised him £115,000 every week for the next 5 years.
Despite Chelsea’s readiness to make Raphinha their first signing this summer, the 25-year-old is waiting for Barcelona who doesn’t have the financial power to match Chelsea’s bid.
If you ask me, I’ll tell you that Chelsea should stop waiting for him, especially when Raphinha isn’t secretive about why he’s keeping Chelsea waiting.
Chelsea is also a great club. The Blues, in the past and present, have had Players that genuinely want to be at the club. There are a couple of academy graduates at the moment like Mason Mount and Reece James who are proud of wearing Chelsea’s jersey.
Instead of waiting for Raphinha, Chelsea should put that energy into getting Jules Kounde who actually wants to play for them.
