Best XI Potential Chelsea Line Up In EPL Next Season According To Transfer Rumours

Chelsea failing to qualify for any European competition means that their main focus will be the English Premier League 2023/2024 season. Bringing in new Manager Mauricio Pochettino will help them build up in the new season.

Several players have been linked with Chelsea ahead of the 2023 summer transfer window. David Raya has been rumoured as their potential signing for goalkeeper. The Spanish goalkeeper kept 12 clean sheets and made 144 saves for Brentford in the English Premier League 2022/2023 season.

Brazilian winger Neymar Junior who could leave PSG is also their potential signing along with a permanent move for Joao Felix from Atletico Madrid.

To help in scoring more goals, the Blues are targeting the Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen. He has scored 30 goals for Napoli in the 38 matches he has played this season. Joao Felix and Neymar could line up as wingers with Victor Osimhen being the centre forward.

To help strengthen their midfield the blues are interested in signing Brighton central midfielder Moises Caicedo and Uruguayan central defensive midfielder Manuel Ugarte who plays for Sporting CP.
