Jeremy Rousselet

Anne Saxelby

Growing up in Normandy, France, pastries and other baked goods surrounded Jeremy Rousselet. At sixteen, he was intrigued by his neighbor’s profession: a bakery owner and pastry chef. He began training as his protégée and embarked on a lifelong journey into butter, flour, and milk. This took him to London, Miami, and eventually led to a career in Manhattan. After working in New York City for several years, his family decided to move to Hawaii and open a bake shop. With a year of relaxation at their backs, they once again moved to New York City, finding a home at Neighborhood Goods’ Tiny Feast. Here, Jeremy makes French cuisine and retail coalesce, learning from neighbors and baking for them too.
